The steps on the road

Ever winding, always flow

Where you need to go

From home you should part

If you have courage of heart

The road is your art

Step ever lightly

Carry on now, go quickly

Walk the path safely

Adventure awaits

Fear and doubt can never abate

Temptations or fate

Face them full ahead

Miss neither comfort nor bed

Know you are not dead

Renew life, your lust

Though you may stumble, fall and bust

Yourself you must trust

Find paths new and old

Forward and forever bold

Legend often told

And when you lie still

Death casting a fearful chill

Remember your will

Your will to let go

Conquer that terror unknown

Which we call the road
