Trying to Have Something From Nothing

Trying to Have Something From Nothing

A Poem by sherwin

Decadent beginnings hold true,
they hold true to becoming estranged.
Feeling estranged when sleeping,
when sleeping in the layer of life's cake:
frosted from rock bottom,
sugar lotuses to pick freely,
climbing green apple vines;
i love worlds we can dream of.
but even in our fondest dreams
we cannot have our cake and eat it too

I love the images you've chosen. Fundamental building blocks for the big stuff . . .
