Love: The Weak yet Stable Bonds

Love: The Weak yet Stable Bonds

A Poem by songstress
"

Dearest let us part when the sun's luminescence returns, for deep within my newfound watery embrace, I'll never cease to kiss away, with rose petal-like lips, a yearning so deep it suffucates

"

Dearest, linger here
with me among
the gray…
and let us part when the sun's luminescence
returns.
for the approach of light
and the return
of dawn are too
painful to acknowledge,
as goodbyes are
bittersweet.
So linger
forever within this temporal space.

Now, dearest I beseech you,
keep within
my watery embrace…
and kiss away,
with those
rose petal-like lips,
the fear which is suffocating.
so, please take these words as
not chains
of command,
but promises
of love.
I beseech you to kindly
stave off the flood, and stay
here with me
within
this temporal space.

But, forget not this,
shall the clouds
part,
this will never be the same.
The love that we shared,
within gray vapors
shall evaporate.
The tears that I gave,
shall flood,
that parched heart.
Leaving it full of sorrow,
but accepting to a rebirth.
Then the kisses, and touches,
shall erase
from
that infallible mind,
the innocent warmth
that came
from love.

Moreover, do not forget this my dearest,
that though
capricious be this space,
I'll always
be here waiting.
For,
the ideals of love is
eternal…
be it in,
slumber, friendship, or marriage...
I'll
be here among the clouds,
waiting with
outstretched arms

This is beautiful, and has a dreamy, surreal quality. Excellent imagery and form.

Ethereal and dreamlike, spoke to me of reverie and the musings of someone who may have passed, temporal space does not exist is dreams, when the sun rises, the love and sweet memories remains eternal, yet it's not tangible in reality. A nectar'd close, as eventually we'll all be reunited. I could be way off, I've had these day/dreams. Such beautiful poetry and so profoundly written songstress. Outstanding my friend.
