My body heals,
and yanks my soul
by the hair
into awareness.
Dissolution of
illusions, solutions
appear, manna
for immediate
consumption,
not to be held
or hoarded.
What once was
integrity dis-
integrated,
transmutes
potential
into kinetic
energy.
Doing and Being
coexist
synergistically,
provided that
Being loves
and leads
the Doing.
