Better than vampires in real life
We are only ten percent us
The rest is very small creatures of this earth
Might be something from Mars who would know
Plants animals small and smaller fungi most likely
No need for the vampires coffin of nightly rest in dirt
We carry what we need within our bodies only actually sacks
The elusive they is closer then we think staying inside going for rides
And how much do we give them and how much do they give us
Eating can be strange if one were to think about it
Exactly how much for them and how much for us
At some point there are channels of communications
Lovecraft would have a field day wondering if any might be listening
Or would that be talking in bits of code digital dashes
Carved in the barks of the mighty helix jungles big and small
Concentrated intersections of life each being a city walking through clouds
