A Story by Reese
"

A figment of imagination.

"

I huffed, dragging my feet towards the bedroom. Dropping my things carelessly on the floor, I flopped on the soft bed, and huffed again the tiredness I was feeling in the day.

I took in her smell in the bed, smelling the sheets with her perfume and shampoo made my entire body calm. I could see an image of her in my head, her dark brown hair, her dark brown eyes shining, her glowing beautiful face, the way she smiles, her pinkish lips.

It was the way the sun makes her more beautiful, and just being her. Her hair that glows, a surreal beautiful picture.

I felt her weight on my back, I smiled, she kissed my cheeks gently.

"Hey." She whispered in my ear. Tracing her fingers on my arm, and holding my hand. Her scent, stronger than the sheets in the bed, made me more calmer to the point I wanted to sleep and envelope her in my arms tightly. She was beautiful in her own way.

"Hi." I smiled and turned my head a bit to see her smiling.

"I made dinner." I could feel her smile.

I grinned, I love her.
