For all of eternity Kim Jong-Il
The people shall do your will.
Through war and through death,
We defend you until our final breath.

Your entire life you have served
The leader the people deserved
The great successor and son
Of eternal president Kim Il-Sung

Far too early you do leave
And the people do bereave
Though sorrow we must swallow
For there is another we must follow

Supreme leader Kim Jong-Un
Shall in your absence run
A revolution strong
That will in time not long
Spread your glory throughout the world.
