F**k you

F**k you

A Poem by Mimi Vanity
"

This isn't about anyone, I'm just writing.

"

How about a big F**k you?

Because, no matter what I seem to do

It's always someone else, something new

I can't measure up, and you know it's true

Well I'm through pretending,

There goes my happy ending

Because my fairytale began & end with you.

I guess I'm sorry, but really: for what?

I tried and failed, but that's the scene that's cut

From your perfect movie, now who's the actor?

Who replaces me in your happily ever after?

I played the role, and then stood by

As your affections scattered, I believed your lie.

As you read this poem, by heart breaks in two

Because this is the end; my final goodbye.
