what will your story be

to be inspired

is to hear the stories of the worn

ask them out

and your self is shorn

to hear the life they have to share

lift the burdens they've had to bare

learn the lessons they have to teach 

vicariously naked and aware  
and dreams just barely outside your reach

 what is "impossible"

 but a tempting dare

to sleep underneath a city bridge

to eat from a kindly stranger's fridge

do a psychedelic drug or two

 to hell with those who look down on you

life is your journey, not a road

so why let people impose a toll
