silence

i feel the silence

alone at night

the wind gentaly carresing the moon

blowing through trees

skimming the night sky

touching the supirior waters

peeking through my window

i invite him in

with a slow crack of the window

he explores my room

with silence he moves around

making his way across the small space

soon he leaves

back to the world he sores

i see an owl dosing away

and a squirl pouncing up a tree

its harmless paws

crawling to its destination

i close my eyes and listen to the nights sounds

and hum

a peacful meledy

hopfully the silent night hears me

i fall asleep

in silence

the world speaking my name

and singing my song
