All For Love

All For Love

A Poem by xTORI JOx

She sits in the corner

Turning the sharp razor blade

She drags it slowly across her wrist

Watching the blood drip on the floor

Tears stream down her pale face

She drops the blade and grabs a pen

She grabs paper, and on it wrote:

"Am I pretty enough for you now?"

She tapes the bloody note to her mirror

She takes scissors to her long hair

She gets the razor blade again

Blood streaming down her arm

She takes off her blood-stained shirt

She writes his name across her heart

In front of the mirror, she holds the razor

Carving his name over her heart

Her cold body is found the next day

Her mom freaks out, dialing 911

The cop makes only one remark;

"She did all of this, for love"
