I Love You

A short poem I wrote to my girlfriend.

You know,
that i love you,
and i always say it’s true

Though sometimes you don’t
believe me,
you didn’t even have a clue

I love you

You're crossing through my mind
every second of every day
even when i’m talking to you,
i'm still missing you

I love you

You’re my best friend,
the greatest girl i could ever know,
you beautiful
and smart
and have a such a big heart

I love you

You’re the greatest person
anyone could ever meet,
i just hope
that you will see

My love is true,

So when i’m with you,
if i say i love you,
just know that it’s true
