I don't Know

I don't Know

A Poem by oranges_melt
"

there's a difference between having someone's assurance and knowing for yourself.

"

Like a tear drop fallen on the page

it stains, it burns, it reconstructs,

it's broken, hurtin', out of luck,

all I'm thinkin' is I'm fucked.

It's not okay when I don't know

it's all I think of til I scream

I'll laugh, I'll fake, that's what it seems,

but really I'm in agony.

I could give you a piece of my heart

but then it'd just break me apart

I'll fall to pieces, my misery,

you won't feel this watching Disney.

you'd really have to know me,

search my home.

I feel as if I'm made of foam.

tear up this note and burn it, dear.

somehow, someway you'll lose this fear.

don't end up the way I did.

it's the only feeling I can't rid.
