Animosity

Animosity

A Poem by oranges_melt
"

Anger

"

I was outside running home

and the time was getting late,

I could see it like it was yesterday,

I was running towards my fate.

When I think of you creeping after me,

Animosity, animosity,

when you grabbed my arm and threw me down,

animosity, animosity.

I tried to fight you but you were stronger

now I'm older and you've grown weak

now that I think of you and your violence,

It's animosity, animosity.

You grew bored of me and left me cold

so I limped away, bound for home.

I was sick and my clothes were torn.

Molested, I had been told.

The doctors told me I was raped,

I remember thinking that I was late.

I didn't know much, my mind had left me,

all's was left was animosity.

Animosity, animosity,

so when you come home,

you come with misery.

I'll drive to your house and take my knife,

so when I get there, I'll be full of life.

Animosity, animosity,

cause with anger comes atrocity.
