Melodies

Letting go of what you hold onto.

These rhythms that feels the room,

These words that plays repeatedly in my mind,

The peace those words gave me,

A melody that can't be replaced,

A melody that kept me sane those nights,

A melody that blocked out the noises in my head,

A melody that always speaks to me,

Melodies that voices what I fail to say.

Such beautiful melodies,

That leaves me nostalgic,

Are melodies I never want to hear again.
