Stereotype

Stereotype

A Poem by xmfame

Believe what you see

On the streets or on tv,

But im not going to fight,

To become a stereotype.

I’m not your, vision of beauty,

I don’t make your head twirl,

But if you take me in the bedroom,

You can make my toes curl.

I don’t conform to your perception,

And you find it ironic

That I’m an abstracted view,

A masterpiece; Jackson Pollock

I live for the art.

Yes its true.

In the bedroom, I’m open

But my heart is on lock,

To protect from these feelings,

You need to get me on top.

You may have your ideas

About who I am and what I do,

But you don’t see the fight,

To become a stereotype.
