Confusion

Lately, I've been feeling alot of confusion

It infects your mind
Messes with your head
Soon you can’t see
You become blind
To all your problems
Watch them grow
Out of proportion
Spread and cloud

Judgment ruined
Out of perspective
Heavy heart beating hard
Hold on to your sanity
Answers lost from too much searching
The truth laughing at your desperation
Reaching for indifference you end up
Fooling yourself
Effective as a placebo

Convince yourself
Take it to the next level
Drop it and walk away
Believe in
How things work themselves out
Once infected with uncertainty
You’re confused.

I like this, good little poem to describe the madness that is confusion :-P

Nice writing style, I have alot of respect for people who can write in this way, mine are just simple rhymes usually lol.
