     Asher Park is popular. Everyone wants to be him. The particular reason for this is that he's famous. He was the hottest guy in town. He’s a world-known model. Though as most popular guys are, he was a bully towards one certain guy. Jaeoon Cai. Jaeyoon, or Jae, he's a nerd. He’s Korean, and has brown fluffy bed head hair, innocent doe-like brown eyes, circle glasses, and skin the color of the sand on a beach during a sunset.

As everyone knows, almost all stereotypical popular guys who bully are homophobic; and Ash is, at least in public. In his city, homophobia is what keeps you from being killed. So that no one can be openly LGBT. An issue for him. He can’t let anyone know, or he'd be disowned, fired, bullied, an outcast, you name it. If anyone found out, he would have to leave the city. No. He doesn’t like guys. He likes Jae.

Good background knowledge, to draw the reader in. Your description of Jae is excellent, "skin the colour of sand on a beach during a sunset" is beautifully written.
