Breathtaking Silence

Breathtaking Silence

A Poem by Saira
"

This is just simply about sitting in a wood and it's so peaceful that it can make you feel inner peace.

"
BREATHTAKING SILENCE

I sit there calmly,
in the middle of that wood,
where the breeze may take me,
breathe into me,

bring me back,
to the silent peace,
of the wholly wood,
away from my mind,

from the goings on inside,
the fights, the battles, the war inside,
I feel cold, but good,
less pain is felt here,

more relief washed over me,
when the thoughts have gone,
and you have come back,
forever.
