about a friend, who cant make up there f*cking mind...

You say you don't like her,

then why do you hang out with her?

 

You say were friends,

then why do you lie?

 

You say things you don't mean,

what's the point of saying them?

 

You say she annoys you,

just plain pisses you off, then

why the hell do i see you with her?

 

But still... you hang out with her..

 

Why dont you say

I like her?

Very good point.
People really can't make up their minds sometimes. I think you should stick with the pattern you had going at the beginning. The whole "you say" idea. Changing that distracted me a bit but it was still enjoyable. I actually have a poem called "You Say..." myself.
