Secrets Are Redundant Tales

Secrets Are Redundant Tales

A Poem by Mimi Roberts

I don't believe this....
Resorting to you of all things...
All you do is
Take my words
And throw them back at me.!
Reminding me of memories
I work so hard
To be rid of.....

I hate you.

I said it!
Heh....
Felt good.

I hate you,
loathe you,
regret each thing I've
DONE TO YOU!

Sure, you're a nice listener....
Any advice?

NEVER.

You only use my words as weapons
against me.
Always.

Where is your Sympathy,
you spineless jackass?!

If I had the ability,
you would be
set
on
fire.

First, your outer core...
Burn that s**t away.
Then,
Destroy you Manually.
Each painstaking layer.
Gone.

If I had the ability.....
But, no.
I must listen to my environment,
myself,
and leave you be.

I'm not allowed to
Destroy you
and the memories you keep.

I want to,
but at the same time,
I don't.
It means I'd be
Killing
My close friend.

That won't go well with you,
eh?

You would just use my words again
and put me to submission.

Some things Never change...
Dear Diary.
