Enter a chapter from your book that uses the chemistry of your characters to drive the action/story forward in a strong way. This doesn't neccesarlly mean romance... it could be just a powerful connection between two people. Partners, parent and child, husband and wife, or strangers who just met a few hours earlier... the point is that the relationship between these characters is powerful/strong enough to alter the outcome of events, or make the characters act in a way they might not with out the other character in the senario.
