I entered this contest and now that it's over I liked it so much I thought I would start one myself. These are called Acrostic Poems.

Here's an example on what a big letter poem is:

Average, is the girl
Caring and shy
Cordially welcoming, all her pupils
Entrance to her home
Praying for acceptance
To be lucky and make some friends
Average, is the girl
No one wants to be around
Caring and shy
Eventually she was accepted, with delight
