LGBTQ - Coming Out Stories  October 19, 2011 - October 26, 2011

We've all done it. Even those of us who haven't told a soul and live in fear of being found out, we have come out to ourselves at some point in our lives.

I want to read your coming out story. How did it happen? What happened? Big announcement, or a gradual realisation by your family so it was not a surprise? I want to read all about it.

Please keep your stories fairly short, and definately under 5,000 words.

Everybody who has taken this brave step deserved an award. It's going to be hard for me to choose the most outstanding stories!
