Living Death

Living Death

A Poem by Ace Jaxon

Often remember the dead before the living

I always seem to forget of those around me

The people alive who want to be my rock

I ignore the simple thought

How could they stay with me

I’m just another teenage douchebag

A jerk to everyone, not bothering to give a chance

I push away those who want me to pull in

I’m afraid of death, afraid of the dark

Peaceful silence, scares the most

The living like waves they come and go

The dead no longer have a place to call home

Possessed and Haunted, where should I go

the alpha and the omega life and death... the omega is the death and sometimes even before death we feel that the journey to life is ending swiftly and that is where we ask things such as what had life been for us?
