A simple poem about love

The moment I met you
I never knew you would be my life

I accepted you as a part of my life
As a friend

U made me feel more special
The surprises you gave me

The moments you made me feel special
The time you meant me the entire world

The sleepless nights we spent talking
The meaningless dreams we dreamt

Time faded by and so our love
We stopped trying

Sleepless nights turned into sleepless arguments
Meaningless dreams turned really meaningless

Arguments became backward
Hatred began to grow

The word we know turned to we knew
Lovers turned enemies and then strangers

Years passed by
We totally forgot each other

But the memories we made
Never fades

Its emotional, don't get me wrong. Its really raw. That's good. But in that form you could do more of a free style with it or you could have made it into a format...i think the line:
meaningless dreams turned really meaningless" kind of disrupted the flow. It could have either been "meaningless dreams turned really hopeless" or "meaningless dreams turned into meaningless nightmares" to keep your flow.
either way I really liked it it was so true and so raw. Great job.
