Facade

Facade

A Poem by Andrea Vargas

She took the knife to her life,

and cut out the pain,

and told herself,

she's not insane,

but from afar,

he saw through her facade,

she continually made,

and traveled to her,

and saw how her tears,

made her vision blurr,

it was set in stone,

that only death is to occur.

Pleasantly fierce and cultivating, a sheer look into hell and a barred sense of fear, well done, good read.
