When you give in to your fear or sadness, you end up falling into night.

Call me from a nightmare,
And reach me with your words.
Save me from my darker self,
And what I might become.

A broken heart has two halves,
But one is always broken more,
When you put them together again,
It's like mending Hell's red door.

Open the door and then,
See the fire rage within,
Will the fire explode from you,
Or will it stay inside?

Burned out of the sky,
Like a duck shot down,
Fall and fall, down and down,
Past the point of abyssal sound.

Do you fall or will you rise,
Will you close the door?
Or will you leave it unlocked again,
And let it open more?

I find this rather detached and random. While it has great lines and areas of perfect sense, other areas are misleading or just confusing. While I'm sure it makes sense to you, it doesn't to your readers. It's well written and has a followable flow, which I like. Intriguing as well. Good Job.

I think this would've been better if it was in third person, so it'd be speaking to the reader. The last stanza was nice how it tied together. Its not exactly... the most grammatically correct but I'm not complaining. I enjoyed this very much. Keep up the good work!
