Broken Girl

Broken Girl

A Poem by Jennifer Ellen

This isnt how she wanted it to be,

It was suppose to last,

But after all that happened,

Could you actually forget the past?

All that was believed,

It was only to let the blood fall,

All that was caused,

was something we couldn't stall,

{All she could do is scream,

Just please,

Shut the blinds,

Close the doors,

I dont want to hear your lies,

I cant hear you anymore,}

This wall inside,

Built up so high,

Its breaking-

Breaking at the seams,,

Her family only yells,

Everything she does is wrong,

Is there no escape,

She cant take it,

The simplest things make her get beaten,

{All she could do is scream,

Just please,

Shut the blinds,

Close the doors,

I dont want to hear your lies,

I cant hear you anymore,}

Her life is shattered,

There is nothing left of her,

To many lies were believed,

And she cant take it anymore,

She cant live,

{All she could do is scream,

Just please,

Shut the blinds,

Close the doors,

I dont want to hear your lies,

I cant hear you anymore,}

She lets the razor drop,

Its was finally enough,

As she fades away,

There is only one thing to say,

Never give your life away.

About
I am a beautifully broken poet. I wonder why the world has so much hate in it. I hear my heart beat loud as I look at what’s to come in my life. I see the words from my heart flow out and ont.. more..
