Guardian Angel

This is just a poem for every one especially my friends

Something silver

 lies in your hand

Something silver

 hovering over

Something silver

 now pressed making it's mark

Something silver

 now touched with red

Something silver...

I reach down grasping it in my hand

But my fingers won't touch

My fingers wont grab

I call your name again and again

But my voice won't reach

My voice won't go

I try to look away

But I feel paralyzed

My eyes won't move from the lines

I want to help

I need to some how

But how can I help when I cannot reach?

I need to know

I need to feel

I need to hear 

and I need you here

So please stop this foolishness

Put down the silver 

Clean that red

Tell me everything you feel

Show me everything you know

You may not see me

But I am here

Watching over you

Helping you along the way

If you stray from your path

I will guide you back

I liked this. The Guardian Angels that help keeps us from the darkness "we all" gravitate to in one moment or another. The flow and the form you used to write it in, really nice job. Bravo!
