The Struggle

The Struggle

A Poem by Jeremiah Medina

Oh you hellacious fiend
How you love tormenting me.
You vile monstrosity.
Spreading your misery.

You fowl obnoxious beast
Devouring everyone that you meet
Feeding on the weak
You can't even speak

Oh demon from hell
You love suffering so
You torture my soul.
With a smile unknown.

Your evil surpasses
Consuming the masses
What's left to happen?
Who'll die the fastest?

A fight to the death.
Who wants to bet?
It's not over yet.
Nothing left to regret.

I killed the monster.
Now I am a master.
There will be an answer.
I'll have satisfaction.

Defeated the enemy.
My own negativity.
Care free reality
The struggle is complete.
