Cautious Love

Cautious Love

A Poem by simpleromantic

I know it’s a little late.
But there’s one thing I must tell you.
If you are still there,
Could you listen to my story a bit?

Can I still introduce myself to you?
I’ve been knocking in your life.
Sitting in front of your heart.
I am waiting for you.

You might be sick and tired of me.
There are so many others liking you.
I shouldn’t have looked at you in the first place.
I should have pretended as if I couldn’t hear anything.

At the moment, I am not okay at all.
Afraid that I might lose you.
It’s so hard to read your eyes.
Always cautious around you.

My eyes looking at you.
My lips is smiling while thinking of you.
Could you open the door?
So that I can stay.

Our story is not long.
Nothing to lose by hurrying at all.
Despite unknown, fearful tomorrow.
Not too bad, just imagine every day.

Among many people.
In a moment of a tiring day.
If you are with me, I think it will be fine.
I think I will be happy.

One, Two, my mind.
Three, Four, my heart.
Five, Six, without words you made me like you.
My mind and heart are surprise on their own.

I won’t think anything else.
Be honest to this feeling now.
What do you think? I am curious now.
I am confessing now.

I find myself happy w/the simple things. Appreciating the blessings that God gave me. I take a lot of pride in being myself. And I do forgive but I can't forget. more..
