Looking for some positive writes to start the week and this was brilliant.. filled with hope in the one who keeps you grounded and filled with the beauty of life. I have such a person in my life... gives me that sense of the impossible coming true. Excellent write.
Lovely poem. Sounds like a special love indeed. I love the mental image of being on top of the mountain and taking in the beautiful scenic view and thinking of the one you love. Very thoughtful stanza of the wonderful poem.

For me the poem and mountains get me more God focused and your poem could read either way. It is great
This is so very beautiful. A Love that’s reminiscence of a love I once knew, a love one could spend the rest of their life trying to find again but settling for poor substitutes and second best. Why, because that kind of love only comes around once in a life time, never to be found again. Count yourself fortunate if you’ve experienced that kind of love once in your lifetime.
You set my imagination afire with pictures of mountains, climbers, rescues, loss and life all rapped in love and beautiful scenery.
