A simple poem about Prayer

Ask and you shall receive

Its a very powerful statement

Some pray with ease

Others with difficulty

What do I pray for?

A very common question

HOW do I pray?

Well I have a few suggestions

Pray for the peace of Jerusalem   (Thats in the Bible)

Pray for the people in Haiti

Pray for your family, pray for them

Hey, you can even pray for me

Talk to the Lord as a friend

because He is one

Do your problems have no end?

To Him you have none

When your strength is gone 

He is still strong

When you are weak

He is at His peak

When the going gets tough

The Lord gets going

So maintain prayer

because even with you think Hes not

The Lord is still there

"The Light at the end of the tunnel is staring us in the face, we are just to blind to see it"
