In our absence.

In our absence.

A Poem by Mark Mendoza

There is a lot being said, in our absence. Mine and yours, screaming in pain. Makes me question" what's a heart for?".We'd write letters back and forth, now we're writing on the walls of our minds.

Mind you this,I still love you so. And this I now know, you meant no harm. With scars shared, we continue hand in hand, arm in arm, heart in heart.

No need to contemplate what could have been. We have each others everlasting love until the end.

And even then, even then, I'll find and adore you again.

i have been thinking of someone a lot lately...this fits my scenario...i think we still will always love each other in a way...even if our lives did take different paths...

even in our absence there is a presence.
