There it is -
Jerusalem.
Time and again
In the history of men,
Fighting and rapine
May bring you fame;
But with posterity
You’ll never win
a crusade.
At best,
you’ll look the villain,
Or just
criminally insane.
History
Isn’t yours
Simply to give or take.

Jerusalem was always breaking point of west civilization. First crusade attacking and later feed with guns and inteligennce Israel and last news move USA embassy to the Jerusalem. Increase violence and hatred . Your poem pointing in very clever way on all this . Very fine poem.
