You Will Find

You Will Find

A Poem by Melanie Jane Boicourt Shanks

Don't put all your faith into things.
There's more than paper gold or rings.
Treasure's in the love that binds,
and then your wealth you will find.

Be careful of what you believe,
for it is what you will conceive.
Don't let the fear make you blind
and then your love you will find.

Time doesn't stop, in fact it flies.
You hear the wisdom and the lies.
Use your soul and not your mind,
and then your truth you will find.

Don't let the future stress you out.
Don't worry what it's all about.
Live the present; don't rewind,
and then your peace you will find.
