Him

Him

A Poem by Nancy

The way he
Gazes at me
With his blue eyes
Lets me know
I’m his one and only
The way his
Arms feel
Wrapped tightly
Around my waist
Leave no doubt
He’s the missing piece.
The words he
Whispers help me see
I’ve finally ended
My journey
As he kisses
My lips, All hesitation
Takes flight
Making certain I know
Exactly where I’m supposed to be..
Is by his side.

I enjoyed this poem. Love strikes a cord in many dimensions: to see, to feel, to hear and to taste. Maybe add something of his scent when he embraces you to fill out all of our precious senses. Good job :)))

I'm pretty sure it's finished, the poem and the hesitation

Very adoring so far Nancy, I with put another stanza in describing
what he feels about you, to kind of balance off your adulation toward
him. Overall still a wonderful write...

I like the ending. Your words described a good place to be. The ending allow you to be there. A beautiful poem. When we know the love is good. Can't be no happier. A excellent poem.
