Passing By

A Poem by Nicole Renee
"

A short non-romantic sonnet.

"
Watching the waves form alive,
They tower over like Big Ben and take a dive,
Crashing down with an intention to yet again roar up to the sky,
Making it feel like you want stop by
And be one with the strong waves.

I like the way you expressed this - especially in the second line. It created a very vivid picture.

There is such a power in the ocean, the flow and roar, and you capture this very well with your imagery. Excellent form and expression!
