Windows

Windows

A Poem by Passingdaze

I hate windows.
They are only here to mock me,
To make me chase my tail.

I will shatter these eyes to my prison cell,
I will dance upon the fragments with glee.
My blood will leave a trail behind me,
As from this prison I am finally set free.

I hate windows.
They are only here to mock me,
To make me chase my tail.

I will spit upon my captivity,
I will relish my new found sense of hope.
My tears will make me slip and fall,
As I dangle alone from life's rope.
