Sweet Little Romance

Sweet Little Romance

A Poem by Riverdance
"

The kind of love every girl wants.

"

Searching silence & gentle eyes

He reaches for me, slowly taking my hand

Tenderly caressing each fingerprint

Before pressing rough warmth against my palm

In charming little kisses that become a part

Of my sweet little romance

Arms around me tight

Time stands still

These warm embraces I cherish

For they repel all dangers

And keep me safely secure

In this sweet little romance

Addicted, I crave those sweet little actions

Kisses brushed across my forehead

Hands warmly entwined

Songs over the radio

Silly smiles, wondrous eyes, fresh compassion

That feeds my sweet little romance

I like it. I think what your trying to get at is that you don't need extreme touching or groping to show that you care for someone. The gentlest of touches are the sweetest and most remembered. I agree with you the gentle touches are addicting it leaves you longing for more.

Nice love play. But a new nihilist would be of fierce eye and would never, never, never allow his hand to be taken, leta alone anything else. Back to the first three verses of Restrained and a question. Is there a pure form of beauty in severe denial and isolation? is intellecual and emotional minimalism preferable to romantical surrender?

I like this. It flows with nice imagery and emotion.

What we all look forward to, and get addicted to.
