The Dark Night

The Dark Night

A Poem by SyberRose
"

silhouettes of night

"

The stars in the night scream with silence,
she walks a path of no return;
His whispers call to her; watching her silhouette
behind sheerness of the moon...

The night is alive with dead roses
but burnt petals are dripping with passion;
and jagged thorns wait to make her heart bleed again...

She hides behind the shadow of the night
and tempt the moon with whispers of eternity;
And emerald eyes of the dark creep like a jewel thief
upon the edge of seduction...

He hides in the lavender fog;
mascarading the lust he has for her,
as only a wolf can.
