Traveling Love

Traveling Love

A Poem by ROXANE DORSEY

France loves to romance a man and woman.
Put the Dutch on a bus to France for a chance at romance.
Italy dreams for the art of it. Picture that love in paint.
China is finer when the lovely wine and dine without a dime.
What a waste of time to travel to Mt Everest when the snowy
mountains peak. It's love slopes are steep to slippery. They'll
bury you deep underneath.
Fly to Dubai, a beauty in it's skies. Camels walk on by Arabia
with the fliest of guys. Money tall as boxes of honey stacked.
I'll take that back, to be slightly off grid in Midrid, where the cabs
roll up with men & money looking for a young queen bee with honey.
No matter what the hustle is, money, love and power is it's game.
Here in the states goes the same and seems like everyone around
me play's the love game and cheat
