Fragile

Fragile

A Poem by T.S. Sky

When I think of you
I see your smile

Monsters try to keep
Us apart

Pearls broken on a
Red oak table

When you think of me
Do you think of me

My heart longs for you
To hold me

Let me lay my head
On your shoulder

Let me hear you breath
Let me hear your heart beat

Feel the warmth of my skin
Feel my love in your hands

Hold my hand
It's a unforgiving land

I offer you my soul
It's fragile

Please do not break it
Not easy to mend
