white rose = purity as opposed to the red rose = passion
an interesting read
Not sure how it goes in the phillipines, but FYI in england red and white are never mixed on the table.
Except at funerals. Though I don't think this is an intended reference in your poem .
I think you're referencing the uniqueness of "pure Love " in a world of short term passion, blind dates and consumer based Love
