Testostrogen

Testostrogen

A Poem by Valis

Testostrogen...
When I see you I go through changes, we were something that destiny rearranges lives for, a stranger to self cuz I am mortal so open up the portal and let me in, Adam sinned as I huffed and puffed with Eve again, licking nectar from her chin the one with the sexy grin wants apple cores and heavy pores of drink, sinking in seas better left unseasoned and I'm thinking more with my dick and less with my diction. I needed to get on with march but in April's rain I always seem to stop trying, cuz I went up inside of her like a lamb but came out courageous like a lion
I gave her my blood, now where's the communion you ate? We've already found ways to fuse this union now we just need to communicate
Lit up that smoke and felt the lungs on fire, a pack of old youth raised on filtered truth and fed on snake tongues tired of hissing and wasting kissing time
But I left you dining, on down home alone cooked dishes sipping whiskey straight up and clean, and when that dry beam hit the mind dreams climbed higher than that time we had those fire blue cyclocyban mushrooms, and only gods knew what transpired that evening, beings consumed by starlight painted rooms, in between blasphemy and limbo and waking from tombs, gods know men can't fake these type of wounds, so we learned to break the noose and fake our movement, steal these angels to sing like syrens and make us music
