Three

A brief love poem, to a very special someone.

I go with Grace, and she with me,

The world makes us a trinity.

The jovial cosmos shakes our hands.

It walks along beside.

 

Our looks are double, thoughts are squared.

The universe might be impaired,

But by our providence it stands

Tide after starry tide.

 

No blasphemy is this, no sin;

We glorify the gods within.

We sow our seeds in solar lands,

With earthy blossoms pied,

And every fruit bears sugared moons inside.

Oh, believe me, she'll know about it. I'm also working on composing a sonata. Not really dedicated to her, but rather because she makes me want to cultivate my creativity and work ethic.

That, however, is taking much longer. And when it's finished, I'll need to find an orchestra free for a jam session so I can record it for her. Oh, well...
