The Legend of LoveA Poem byMy heart flutters, on air so light, it could fall right through, and Faint.
So I will ask, Oh Knight Will you hold my hand?
You have fought the king’s battles. You have held up thy kingdom. What then shall be made of your bravery?
I will tell, your tale. Spinning it into my thread and weaving it into silks.
It will cover the thoughts Of all who think. Or do not think. For your sake, I can assure you, That I do, think.
You will be known in lands unheard of. Every soldier Will hold the honor of fighting with you, fighting against you, in battle.
There can be shame Such shame. Then again There can not. For you are Desired and hated For what post you hold In hearts.
This shall be your legend. The legend of love. © 2010Reviews
