Sanction, Human

Sanction, Human

A Poem by Dominick
"

Because everyone is just lost.

"

Within the falling hollow,

of a blood-coloured sky,

It is with nothing but the greatest truth,

That we mourn.

The passing of just another stupid human.

Forget everything you've ever done wrong!

This painful and pathetic audacity you try to feel,

Human, just cry.

It's the complexity that fills you,

And you can't find your way out.

The night is covered in blood,

A matron holding the knife you left behind.

. i think ... sometimes ... we do actually mourn the loss of a friend ... but yes ... we're all a little lost ... in the sea of pain ... we don't know how to cope ... rather, we're not experts yet ... far from it ...

I think as humans we give our enemies the knives, then we run, full-force into them.

The knives being the complexities you speak of, and how we stab our way out. We are, only human. And we all make our own misery. Because it's easier that way.
