Longing A Shoulder To Lean On

We all need a shoulder to rely on, but if we don't have it, we can't help but long it.

Longing for a shoulder,

in which I can lean on,

I can cry over forever,

that won't judge what I've done.

I need somebody to tell me

that no matter what I confess

will make them love me less.

I've been strong for a while,now,

and I'm on the edge of breaking down,

but I see their happy faces,

unaware of my pain,

and I think of what they'd do

if I told them all my struggles.

They would make fun out of me,

I would be the cause of their laugh.

That's why I hold back

my feelings and sorrow.

None of them, my so called friends,

would be the shoulder I so deeply long,

the shoulder in which I can lean on.

What a sad spirit writes words like these! To be young, to feel so alone. is just awful; the loneliness really hurts. But, thing is, maybe, just maybe, there are more than a few others who feel the same way and need someone to hold out a hand and say, 'Come on, let's help each other.' Tis hard to make the first step but .. your ability to use such distinct words shows how much mental strength you have, and also, see just how many beautiful words you have inside you,

You really could take the first step, just choose wisely, two heads are definitely better than one.. believe me.
